What you will do

• Own end-to-end service delivery for manufacturing IT applications including MES, LIMS, and Veeva.
• Govern service performance against SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs to ensure high-quality support.
• Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and strategic partners to ensure accountability.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for plant operations, quality, and laboratory stakeholders.
• Oversee change, release, and transition management for new implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure application services operate in compliance with internal quality standards and regulated environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• 10+ years of experience in IT application support or service delivery management.
• 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, or quality applications in global environments.
• Proven expertise managing platforms such as MES, LIMS, or Veeva.
• Strong understanding of ERP integration (e.g., SAP) and API/interface support.
• Experience working in multi-site or multi-region manufacturing operations.
