What you will do
- Act as the primary technical bridge between complex client requests and internal technical, product, and engineering teams.
- Lead, coach, and mentor members of the client account services team to ensure professional development and account satisfaction.
- Manage complex client escalations to full resolution, including performing root cause analysis for failures.
- Coordinate build releases, vet template tasks, and perform quality assurance audits on tasks in the queue.
- Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities for business process definition and system alignment.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical projects involving the client and .
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or 5+ years of experience in product implementation or technical client support.
- Must be based in Dallas, TX.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client solutions.
- Technical project management skills to make high-quality business decisions based on analysis and judgment.
- Experience with SQL or other programming languages is strongly desired.
- Familiarity with real estate concepts is strongly desired.
