What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale a project management team; coach Project Managers and build future leadership capacity.
• Own the project management operating model (governance, reporting cadence, delivery standards, financial controls, and best practices).
• Monitor and improve project/portfolio performance across profitability, forecasting, budget adherence, accounts receivable, resource planning, and delivery risk.
• Review critical project controls including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, subcontractor strategy, change management, and commercial assumptions.
• Serve as a senior client-facing escalation point for delivery, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and overall project experience.
• Align cross-functional delivery across project management, engineering, and leadership to ensure clear plans, milestones, responsibilities, and quality documentation.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, engineering delivery, construction management, consulting, operations, or technical client services.
• Demonstrated experience leading Project Managers and cross-functional, client-facing project teams.
• Strong business and project financial acumen (scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, profitability, risk, staffing coordination, change management, and reporting).

Nice to have

• Experience with mission critical, data center, industrial, oil & gas, utility, power systems, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Background in engineering consulting, professional services, EPC, construction, or technical project delivery.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, advanced degree, or additional training.
• Experience with project controls, scheduling tools, reporting dashboards, scalable delivery processes, and proposal strategy.
