What you will do

• Manage and maintain reliable, governed, and scalable DTC data pipelines across Snowflake and the broader technology stack.
• Design and deliver technical programs, breaking complex data and AI initiatives into structured workstreams, milestones, and ownership.
• Build, test, deploy, document, and iterate AI-powered tools and agents that automate workflows and surface insights.
• Support multi-touch attribution, media mix reporting, GA4 governance, and DTC site measurement across markets.
• Partner with commercial, technology, and regional teams to improve performance, support marketplace expansion, and align stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in data, analytics, program management, technical program management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience delivering data pipelines and/or AI-powered tools across the data-to-deployment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform and SQL.
• Solid program and project management skills, including workstream structuring, milestone management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical details for commercial and regional audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with GA4 and digital measurement.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, or Asana.
