Supply Planning & Analytics Program Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone and work standard Eastern Time business hours.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD annually for candidates based in Washington State.

What you will do

• Generate weekly and monthly demand, supply, supportability, and KPI reports for network hardware.
• Analyze week-over-week changes and validate source data, calculations, assumptions, and system outputs.
• Develop repeatable data-validation processes and maintain documentation and traceability.
• Improve planning processes, Power BI dashboards, and internal planning tools with engineering partners.
• Build dashboards and scenario-planning capabilities that communicate supply positions, constraints, gaps, and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with demand planning, supply planning, component planning, sourcing, execution, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, technology, manufacturing, sourcing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, operations, technology-related supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or a related function.
• Strong supply planning experience, including demand and supply analysis.
• 2–4 years of experience using AI-enabled analytics tools and advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience developing or optimizing business intelligence tools, including Power BI.
• Must be based in the United States and available for standard business hours aligned with Eastern Time. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with network hardware, cloud infrastructure, technology supply chains, component planning, or indirect supply planning.
• Experience with Kusto or similar large-scale data-query platforms.
• Experience leading continuous-improvement initiatives and productionizing Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Experience developing scenario-planning or what-if tools and partnering with engineering teams on internal tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI assistants, AI-enabled business intelligence, or large enterprise technology organizations.
