Salary: $36.06–$38.46 per hour (approx. $75k–$80k annually)

What you will do

• Partner with subject-matter experts to gather, validate, and document business-process requirements.
• Define and document current-state and future-state business processes for global project controls.
• Create end-to-end process flows, workflow diagrams, and cross-functional swimlane maps using Microsoft Visio.
• Translate complex business and system workflows into clear, standardized user guides and training materials.
• Facilitate process-review and alignment discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification or standardization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in business-process management, process design, or technical writing.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio or comparable process-mapping tools.
• Strong technical and business-writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience working in a large, cross-functional enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with engineering, procurement, construction, or capital project environments.
• Knowledge of process-improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
• Familiarity with ERP or project portfolio management platforms like SAP.
• Experience defining and tracking process KPIs or OKRs.
