What you will do

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause.
• Assess symptoms and develop personalized treatment plans, including prescribing hormone therapy and other medications.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation for all patient encounters.
• Adhere to clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all telehealth services.
• Work independently to provide high-quality care within the Pomelo network.

Requirements

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including prescribing hormone therapy.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently.
• Must be an independent contractor (1099).
