What you will do

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centred menopause care aligned with NICE, British Menopause Society, and relevant clinical guidance.
• Assess patients and create individualised treatment plans, including HRT, supplements, and other products.
• Provide holistic care through video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
• Support long-term continuity of care for menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical MDTs, case reviews, and clinical governance.
• Complete advanced training, teaching, and a full clinical audit cycle through the Voy Menopause Academy.

Requirements

• MRCGP qualification and full, unrestricted GMC registration.
• At least 3 years of GP experience; 5 or more years is desirable.
• Strong interest in women’s health and confidence providing digital care through video and asynchronous consultations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, patient-safety, and evidence-based medicine skills.
• Experience in menopause care and HRT prescribing is beneficial; testosterone prescribing experience is highly desirable.
• Additional qualifications such as DRCOG, DCSRH, or the BMS Certificate are beneficial.
