What you will do

• Conduct 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up sessions.
• Perform mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Develop and manage patient-centered treatment plans and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Collaborate within a network to refer patients to therapy and coaching services.
• Document clinical recommendations and maintain patient communication.

Requirements

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license is strongly preferred.
• Must have office space in Townsend, Delaware to see clients in-person.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
