Location: Must be based in or able to commute to St. Louis, MO for onsite work every Tuesday (8am-5pm CST)

What you will do

• Provide individual therapy to employees both onsite and virtually.
• Deliver management consultations, training, and critical incident response.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and leadership across 9 local sites.
• Conduct company-tailored trainings and promote mental health benefit programs.
• Assess risk and manage organizational crises through triage and safety planning.
• Coordinate care and referrals while maintaining accurate, compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
• Must hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
• Experience in management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations.
• Proficiency in evidence-based, solution-focused therapy modalities.
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms.
• Must be available for onsite work in St. Louis, MO every Tuesday.

Nice to have

• SAP or SAE Certification for substance abuse.
• Experience supporting industries with specific federal regulations (DOT, FERC).
