What you will do

• Translate biomarker findings into plain language to help participants understand physiological results.
• Collaborate with participants to build personalized wellness plans and track adherence.
• Deliver coaching primarily through asynchronous chat check-ins and video sessions.
• Empower clients to take an active role in their precision health journey.
• Provide feedback to support the growth and development of the health coaching program.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree.
• Valid Health and/or Wellness Coach Certification (NBH-WC, HCA, or NSHC preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience as a Health and/or Wellness Coach.
• Experience delivering virtual and/or in-person coaching services.
• Must be based in the US with a secure location and reliable internet connection.

Nice to have

• Experience creating health improvement plans informed by biometric screenings.
• Training or experience in behavior change strategies.
• Experience working within corporate wellness.
• Familiarity with digital coaching platforms or client management software.
• Knowledge of integrative or functional medicine principles.
