What you will do

• Track and analyze campaign performance against pipeline and conversion targets.
• Monitor funnel performance and identify bottlenecks from MQL to closed-won deals.
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion rates.
• Analyze win/loss data and customer feedback to identify market trends.
• Support GTM trials and monitor retention and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain data quality across CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Right to work in the UK or US work authorization.
• Foundational experience through internships, coursework, or projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data integrity.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales funnel metrics.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
