What you will do

• Support forecasting processes, pipeline reviews, and CRM governance activities.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for regional leadership.
• Analyze pipeline quality, sales performance trends, and operational KPIs.
• Improve CRM data quality and process compliance across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate with Systems & Tools teams regarding Salesforce issues and enhancements.
• Assist with territory management, account alignment, and onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience supporting sales organizations in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the UK or France.
