What you will do

• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Partner capabilities enhancements and GTM initiatives.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for designated Partner systems.
• Manage the system improvement lifecycle from discovery to implementation with stakeholder alignment.
• Implement data governance and establish KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and ensure data integrity.
• Create comprehensive system documentation and coordinate cross-functional partner integration workflows.
• Collaborate with IT on requirements, user stories, testing, and training for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of Channel/Partner Program/Operations experience.
• Extensive Salesforce expertise.
• Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in business applications including Google Workspace, Excel, Clari, Tackle, Crossbeam, and Tableau.
• Must be based in the USA.
