What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop competitive sales compensation structures aligned with GTM strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of commission processes and workflows.
• Lead coordination across teams to ensure timely and accurate commission deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze plan effectiveness and commission anomalies to provide insights to senior leadership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex commission issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supporting complex commission data structures for sales incentive programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for problem-solving.
• Strong conflict resolution abilities and attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA.
