Salary: $140K – $160K

What you will do

• Own the complete U.S. onboarding journey from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
• Facilitate weekly new hire orientations and ensure Day 1 readiness for equipment and systems.
• Design and deliver workplace programs to strengthen employee connection, collaboration, and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day operations, vendor contracts, and service levels for the Mountain View HQ.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing on budgets, spend reporting, and employer branding touchpoints.
• Build the operating model for the function and scale the team as the company grows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, onboarding, or office operations.
• Proven experience independently owning onboarding programs from pre-boarding to 90 days.
• Experience supporting a physical office of 300–500 employees or similar complexity.
• Experience managing small teams, contractors, or vendors.
• Ability to work onsite in Mountain View every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools.
