What you will do

• Own testing activities from planning through defect resolution and release validation.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear test conditions and acceptance criteria.
• Build, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests for data, APIs, and UI.
• Validate ETL processes by comparing source data against transformation rules.
• Write complex SQL queries to investigate data quality and identify inconsistencies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve application and data issues.

Requirements

• Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, data QA, or business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and relational database management.
• Experience with ETL, data integration, and source-to-target validation.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and requirements management.

Nice to have

• Background in federal or military healthcare (VA, etc.).
• Knowledge of HIPAA-aligned data practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for testing and requirements analysis.
