What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated and manual test plans for DoD healthcare data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Verify data integration by comparing source and target data across complex relational databases.
• Query and analyze databases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to identify anomalies, generate test cases, and support defect analysis.
• Lead requirements gathering, including stakeholder interviews, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support backlog grooming and refinement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA and data quality assurance experience in enterprise or federal environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency across multiple dialects for complex database analysis.
• Experience with automated and manual testing frameworks and ETL validation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative Agile environment.
• Clear communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for test planning and data quality analysis.
• Background in DoD, VA, or healthcare data environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
