What you will do

• Design and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
• Develop positive, negative, regression, and integration test scenarios for enterprise healthcare applications.
• Create and maintain test data for manual and automated testing activities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and government stakeholders to validate system behavior.
• Ensure requirements traceability between business needs, test cases, and production releases.
• Support configuration and integration testing (CIT) and production readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing software test cases in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into testing scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, Selenium, or TestRail.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or CSTE certification.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations.
