What you will do

• Undergo a comprehensive three-month curriculum of classroom training and practical skills development.
• Develop a diverse skill set encompassing underwriting, marketing, and sales in a dynamic environment.
• Execute sales strategies to boost performance and impact regional growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Originations, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
• Navigate critical business decisions through a blend of instruction and hands-on application.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Los Angeles or Agoura Hills, CA.
• Four-year college degree from an accredited university (100% completed at time of hire).
• Results-driven mindset with a competitive nature and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Aptitude for showcasing comprehensive suites of financial products and services.
