Location: Must be based in or able to work in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix/Scottsdale, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, or Miami/Tampa.
Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Serve as the on-site brand ambassador for co-branded credit card programs in retail locations.
- Train and coach store associates on sales techniques, objection handling, and program value.
- Drive card acquisition by connecting benefits to individual customer needs during the shopping experience.
- Assist customers with accurate and compliant credit card applications.
- Track and report on store-level performance metrics and surface insights to management.
- Maintain scheduling flexibility to cover store hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel across assigned retail locations.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse groups.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or co-branded credit card programs.
- Background working within a brand with a significant retail footprint.
- Familiarity with training or coaching retail associates.
- Bilingual language skills.
