Compensation: $70,000–$75,000+ per year (Base + Commission).

What you will do
- Manage a pipeline of active loan transactions and coordinate with underwriting.
- Contact warm leads via phone and email to identify financial needs.
- Influence and guide prospects through the loan application process.
- Hit daily and weekly activity metrics to maximize bonus potential.
- Participate in hands-on sales coaching and mentorship programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Arizona and able to attend in-office training in Tempe.
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales or a fast-paced call center environment.
- Strong motivation for a commission-driven, high-energy sales role.
- Ability to learn CRM tools like Salesforce quickly.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
