What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to structure strategic deals and advise on pricing and discounting.
• Review non-standard deal requests and business cases to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and enforce deal hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and MIS teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate deal cycles.
• Analyze deal patterns, pricing trends, and process bottlenecks to surface actionable insights.
• Support the rollout of automation, process improvements, and reporting tools within the Deal Desk ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar role within the SaaS/B2B industry.
• Experience in the Israeli High-tech/startup ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional, multi-national teams.
• BA in Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
