What you will do
- Own a high-velocity pipeline end-to-end, managing 10–20 active deals.
- Convert product-led growth (PLG) signals and active users into revenue.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities within the SMB segment.
- Collaborate with customers to solve GTM challenges using data-driven intelligence.
- Leverage AI tools and CRM data to optimize the sales process.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive.
- Proven track record of managing high-velocity pipelines.
- Strong communication and value-driven sales conversation skills.
- Hunter mentality with a proactive and outcome-oriented approach.
- Must be based in Tel Aviv to support the hybrid model.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in PLG environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach.
- Hands-on experience with or similar tools.
