What you will do

• Source, develop, and close new business opportunities to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Build trusted relationships across all levels, from hands-on engineers to C-level executives.
• Develop and execute effective territory planning and account management strategies for the Israel region.
• Deliver compelling presentations and evangelize hirify.global solutions to technical teams and development leaders.
• Own forecasting, pipeline, and opportunity management within Salesforce.
• Contribute to broader sales strategies and share best practices within the EMEA team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience, preferably in databases or data platforms.
• Proven success managing and expanding Enterprise or Digital Native accounts.
• Experience selling into product-led, engineering-driven organizations.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leadership and C-level executives across Engineering and IT.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv, Israel.
