What you will do

• Lead, hire, and coach a distributed engineering team to deliver high-quality software consistently.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to set strategic direction and develop prioritized roadmaps.
• Balance the shipping of new features with managing technical debt and system improvements.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, bug investigation, and guiding critical technical decisions.
• Establish efficient and transparent processes for iterative development and predictable delivery.
• Mentor engineers at various levels to support their professional growth and career progression.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally to build and execute roadmaps.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data analysis and inconsistency detection.
• Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions.
