What you will do

• Build and lead a unified, high-functioning Program Management team.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches of new machines.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and financial targets for NPD initiatives.
• Develop and implement a standardized NPD execution playbook across all product lines.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across leadership, functional departments, and customers.
• Conduct quality control on major projects to maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience in New Product Development and integration.
• 8 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 8 years of experience in product cost analysis and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in Program Management software such as MS Project.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.
