AI Product Manager

Location: Remote within approved U.S. locations; California residents are not eligible for remote work unless willing to relocate to an approved location. Quarterly on-site work at the Memphis campus, or as requested, is required.

Salary: $94,640–$169,520 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the identification, prioritization, evaluation, and advancement of AI products across the organization.
• Translate workflow pain points into product requirements, business cases, success measures, recommendations, and adoption plans.
• Conduct market scans, vendor evaluations, product comparisons, pilots, and structured product assessments.
• Guide products through governance and stage-gate processes, assessing feasibility, risk, dependencies, implementation complexity, and expected value.
• Align clinicians, administrators, operational leaders, vendors, IS, data, analytics, engineering, security, and governance stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, benefits realization, user feedback, and outcomes, communicating evidence-based recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information science, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT implementation, application management, data management, advanced analytics, or governance.
• Strong product leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, synthesis, written communication, and executive communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI and GenAI products, enterprise implementation patterns, governance, privacy, security, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand feasibility, architecture, dependencies, risks, and implementation implications.
• Ability to work from an approved U.S. location and meet the required quarterly on-site travel to Memphis.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, digital health, healthcare technology, or enterprise technology evaluation.
• Healthcare or healthcare technology experience with clinical, administrative, or operational workflows.
• Experience evaluating or working with Epic, especially in translating workflow pain points into product requirements and adoption plans.
• Experience with Microsoft, ServiceNow, Workday, enterprise copilots, healthcare AI products, or comparable platforms.
• Master's degree.
