Salary: $104,480–$143,660/year (Associate Underwriting Manager) or $114,080–$159,610/year (Underwriting Manager), plus 30% incentive

What you will do

• Manage commercial production underwriters and ensure execution of organizational goals and objectives for the assigned region and product line group.
• Adhere to delegated rules, rates, forms, authority, and underwriting guidelines; execute distribution strategy provided by Product Line Leadership.
• Own goals and metrics for the region and assigned product line group.
• Support sales and marketing of cyber/E&O products and maintain strong relationships across workgroups.
• Recruit, train, develop, and mentor underwriting talent; build a staff capable of meeting assignments and goals.
• Evaluate underwriting procedures and practices, implement changes to improve workflows, and ensure transactions comply with legal regulations and underwriting policies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of cyber/tech/E&O underwriting experience.
• Proven ability to make sound underwriting decisions.
• Demonstrated aptitude to manage people and projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated sales, marketing, and relationship management skills.
