What you will do

• Provide 3rd line technical support for complex network and security incidents.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for specialized products and services.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for major incidents and participate in a 1-in-4 callout rota.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure all services meet agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to gain and hold Government Security Clearance to SC UK Eyes Only Level.
• Proven experience in both Network Engineering and Security Operations.
• Extensive experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet Firewalls, F5, Cisco ISE, and SD-WAN.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly onsite with customers.
• Ability to lead teleconferences for major security incidents.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA or equivalent experience.
