What you will do

• Oversee the system administration team and overall infrastructure operations globally.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure products are tested and quality checked before production deployment.
• Diagnose faults and implement complex solutions across Linux, virtualization, and networking environments.
• Manage configuration, task automation, and IP network planning in cloud and self-managed environments.
• Optimize data center costs and performance in collaboration with procurement and finance.
• Oversee the handover and training of client or in-house support staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in Debian/Linux and professional certification (LPI or equivalent).
• Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting networks, including BGP, VLAN, and IP routing.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Xen, Proxmox) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Must be based in the UK.
• English: C1 level (fluent) required.
