What you will do

• Define and evolve the culture strategy to support business goals.
• Lead the delivery of culture initiatives and track measurable outcomes.
• Partner with People Partners and senior leaders to embed culture through organizational change.
• Integrate priorities across Culture, Talent, Performance, and Early Careers.
• Use data, colleague feedback, and external insights to diagnose challenges and inform decisions.
• Create compelling narratives to align stakeholders across the People team.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Extensive experience in culture, organizational development, or related People CoE roles.
• Proven success in delivering culture strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple people disciplines including Talent and Performance.
• Experience designing initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
