What you will do

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for people projects and transformation programmes.
  • Translate business strategy into effective change approaches, including organizational design and cultural change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver business readiness and change impact assessments to support effective planning.
  • Build change capability across the organization through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to enhance change and project management services.
  • Analyze people and programme data to generate insights and inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering business transformation programmes with significant people change impact.
  • Strong ability to challenge, influence, negotiate, and innovate at a senior level.
  • Confident operating in ambiguous environments and translating complexity into clear outcomes.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of change governance and practices.
  • Experience applying data-driven analytics to inform transformation activities.
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications such as MBA, APMP, MSP, or change management certification.
