What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and ongoing account growth.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform capabilities into business ROI for C-level executives.
• Utilize AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions or Sales Engineering.
• Broad expertise in web security, networking (DNS, BGP, DDoS mitigation), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills for C-suite communication.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming with Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia and capable of meeting U.S. export control requirements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global's developer platform, specifically Workers AI and AI Gateway.
• Applied knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures.
