What you will do

• Lead multiple client service delivery teams in executing finance modernization engagements.
• Identify complex client issues and develop effective solutions for finance and operations transformation.
• Perform engagement management including performance reviews, task delegation, and project financials.
• Drive business development activities, including identification and proposal development.
• Mentor and develop associates, senior associates, and managers within the practice.
• Collaborate with clients at all levels to gather information and ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a consulting role serving cross-industry clients or within a finance function.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience developing business cases.
• Working knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
