Salary: $127,500–$249,350

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale change programs and integrated adoption strategies across complex transformation workstreams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping organizational change strategy, governance, and leadership routines.
• Drive executive alignment across complex stakeholder ecosystems and build leadership narratives.
• Oversee change execution at scale, including communications, training, and human-AI change adoption deliverables.
• Lead high-performing teams, coach talent, and support business development through proposals and client relationship growth.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of change and transformation leadership experience with a track record of running large, complex programs.
• Proven ability to shape change strategies, OCM frameworks, and enterprise adoption plans.
• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts and their application in enterprise transformation.
• Experience measuring adoption and value realization, including KPIs and agentic workflows.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales and client advisory conversations.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results in ambiguity.
