What you will do

• Own the I+S transformation portfolio, governing initiatives tied to the value-creation plan.
• Set the mid- to long-term growth agenda, including GTM evolution, market expansion, and portfolio strategy.
• Establish business-case standards and pressure-test ROI for commercial and enterprise investments.
• Orchestrate PMO resources and lead the Transformation SteerCo to ensure delivery of complex initiatives.
• Develop enterprise-grade strategic frameworks to inform resource allocation and prioritization.
• Design change management strategies to ensure transformation outputs are embedded into business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, or Data Science strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Demonstrated track record leading large-scale growth and transformation workstreams.
• Experience managing external advisors, consultants, and technology vendors.
• Private-equity portfolio-company or PE-backed environment experience strongly preferred.
