What you will do

• Lead and manage a global team of analysts across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
• Guide the strategic evolution of the AI service area, including syndicated products like Advanced Compute and AI Applications.
• Conduct original research, publish reports, and present insights at industry events.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify business development opportunities and showcase research capabilities.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior industry executives and key clients.
• Ensure all research deliverables meet high-quality standards and provide unique, actionable market insights.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in market research or as an industry analyst.
• Deep understanding of the AI technology and services market.
• Proven track record in team management, coaching, and development.
• Strong quantitative research skills, including building market forecasts and trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
