Salary: $133,400 - $238,400 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on probabilistic audit, LLM-driven reasoning, and emerging technologies.
• Develop innovative frameworks for agentic audit workflows and dynamic audit program generation.
• Lead large-scale, cross-departmental initiatives involving significant risk and resource coordination.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI-driven content generation and probabilistic reasoning.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to define enterprise-level integration points for intelligent audit systems.
• Represent the organization in internal and external forums to communicate complex strategic directions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive audit experience, including leadership in methodology or technology-enabled transformation.
• Deep expertise in audit standards, risk assessment, and audit program design.
• Experience with AI-enabled audit tools, LLM-based systems, or agentic workflow design.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-level initiatives.
• Must be able to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.
