Salary: $73,770 - $125,408

What you will do

• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events including tradeshows, sponsorships, and webinars.
• Partner with business leaders to align event strategies with broader growth goals.
• Develop integrated marketing plans including promotional activities and attendee communications.
• Manage end-to-end event execution including budgets, vendors, and onsite logistics.
• Advise internal stakeholders on strategies to maximize engagement and business impact.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to recommend improvements for future efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in event planning or related marketing and communications.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Reston, VA headquarters.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually domestically.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
