What you will do

• Partner with Customer Success Managers on all international aspects of service delivery for workforce mental health customers.
• Act as the subject matter expert on international nuances to advise clients and resolve complex service inquiries.
• Lead international agenda items during Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
• Coordinate and deliver international awareness and local language sessions to drive member engagement.
• Proactively monitor international account risk and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with internal teams and global provider networks to coordinate core services and critical incident support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
• 3+ years of experience specifically within an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) setting.
• Must be physically located within the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience in a global or international role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
