What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for key North American accounts, including leading brands and CDMOs.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing business and securing new B2B opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, communicating the value and applications of health ingredients.
  • Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity in the nutraceutical sector.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-12 years of B2B sales experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or health ingredients.
  • Proven success selling natural, value-added ingredients and trademarked wellness solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic account management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Must be based in the USA; ability to travel approximately 25%.
