What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across eCommerce platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams on experience optimization and conversion improvements.
• Define and track KPIs to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or eCommerce environments.
• Strong experience with Shopify or Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Solid understanding of eCommerce operations, UX/UI, and conversion optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.
• Fluency in English is required for collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, AEM).
• Exposure to headless commerce or composable architectures.
• Familiarity with search and discovery tools like Algolia or Bloomreach.
• Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles.
