What you will do
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product initiatives.
- Analyze business needs and technical constraints to propose effective solutions and support decision-making.
- Own product stories and drive initiatives from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, schedules, and detailed technical documentation.
- Optimize UX and user experience by analyzing market trends and user needs.
- Work closely with developers to identify innovative technical opportunities and improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with web products, UX, or e-commerce platforms.
- Proven background in business analysis, systems analysis, or product management.
- Must be based in South Africa.
- Strong ability to analyze data sources to support product decisions.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Loom, Jira, Trello, or Draw.io.
