Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid)

Salary: €50,000–€65,000 per year

What you will do

• Guide and safeguard the Benelux customer segment using scalable, one-to-many communication strategies.
• Develop and iterate on digital adoption programs across email, in-app, and webinar channels.
• Analyze regional usage data and engagement metrics to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
• Pass qualified upsell and cross-sell leads to the local Account Management team.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to build and refine digital customer workflows.

Requirements

• Dutch: C1 level or higher required
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on driving outcomes.
• Strong systems mindset with experience in data analysis and tools like HubSpot or Intercom.
• Entrepreneurial approach to building processes from scratch in a dynamic environment.
