What you will do

• Manage customer requests and inquiries regarding service offerings and account administration.
• Support clients in setting up connections between their source code management platforms and the service.
• Guide leads through the service via email and website chat to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Inspect provided information and draft professional reports for clients.
• Draft and review legal agreements to incorporate specific client requirements under manager supervision.

Requirements

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and familiarity with LegalTech concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive, highly organized approach.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs.
