TL;DR

Customer Service Technology Specialist (SaaS): Providing post-deployment technical support and configuration services for enterprise-wide Enablon software solutions with an accent on troubleshooting, system configuration, and client request management. Focus on delivering complex technical solutions, managing mini agile implementation projects, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through expert guidance and documentation.

Location: Must be based in or near Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands (Hybrid: 8 days/month in office).

hirify.global is a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services for clinicians, accountants, lawyers, and tax, finance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory sectors.

What you will do

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients.
  • Configure and develop unique software solutions within the Enablon platform.
  • Manage mini agile implementation projects and provide technical expertise.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation.
  • Train new team members on technical support procedures and product features.
  • Analyze recurring technical issues to suggest system and process improvements.

Requirements

  • English: C1 (perfect command) required.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the IT domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex technical patterns.
  • Experience with documentation management and customer guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Dutch.
