What you will do

• Manage high-value rental relationships and drive portfolio growth for multifamily partners.
• Perform high-volume outreach to increase participation from rental management companies.
• Utilize Salesforce to prospect, log activity, and manage sales opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global at industry conferences, tradeshows, and association meetings.
• Communicate performance expectations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute the MEDDPICC sales process and adopt Challenger principles in customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales with complex decision-makers.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and performance metrics.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
• Must be based in the U.S. and able to commute to the assigned region.
