What you will do
- Educate homeowners on Home Equity Investment terms and how they differ from traditional financing.
- Manage a full transaction pipeline from initial inquiry through to closing.
- Collaborate with Processors and team members to ensure a smooth funding experience.
- Utilize Salesforce and a comprehensive tech stack to track homeowner interactions and data.
- Ensure all transactions align with company policies and mortgage industry best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales
- Active NMLS license required
- Experience using robust CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- Proven track record of managing an inbound sales pipeline
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and empathy when dealing with homeowners
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
