Salary: $200,700 - $250,900 (US) / CAD 189,700 - 237,100 (Canada)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end user journey from initial deposit to meaningful engagement to increase customer retention.
• Define and prioritize roadmaps focused on solving user problems and maximizing customer value.
• Build activation systems using in-product experiences, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation.
• Develop customer lifecycle strategies for different segments, identifying key inflection points for intervention.
• Utilize data and user insights to develop hypotheses and measure business impact and customer progress.
• Create sticky experiences that simplify the adoption of repeatable value across the platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform, horizontal, or lifecycle teams.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to turn complex problems into clear strategy.
• Proven experience collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams.
• Hands-on approach to execution, including UX details, lifecycle triggers, and onboarding copy.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
